Located near Chelmsford, Greenwoods is a renowned Hotel and Spa retreat. Elite worked closely with the design team to help achieve a stunningly elegant finish. Karndean Loose Lay was fitted throughout with Tarkett Non-slip to all back of house areas. All subfloors had a 3mm coat of latex to give a perfectly smooth finish.
